On Christmas Eve we all met at Aunt Dianne's house to eat and decorate cookies.
YUM! It was a great night and it was so fun to have almost all my family together.
Christmas morning! We didn't get a lot of pictures. With 11 people and a dog all
getting excited and opening presents it was fun chaos.
My family came over for Christmas day dinner and Grandpa showed Grant and
Carrington how to use their microscopes. It was awesome to have Grandpa there for that.
We had a about one more day to enjoy the snow, and discovered icicles hanging in the backyard...
We also had to have one more epic snowball fight with the bigger kids involved...
Cozi getting baptized! He's so cute.
And of course there were icicles at the church too....this one looks like a temple!
One of the only things I wanted to do in Utah was see the lights. It was awesome.
Very cold, but so great to see the temple at night and all the Christmas lights.
We had one last fire with Uncle Rich while we packed up the car.
It was a loooong ride home. We got stuck in Albuquerque due to a winter storm. Thankfully
we left Utah at 4 am, got to a hotel at 3 pm, before the highways closed and the hotels
filled up. We were so tired, it was good to get some rest. The highway wasn't open the next
morning, so we went down south to the 10 and through San Antonio to get home. We stayed
a night at Aunt Jasmine's house. We were very grateful to be safe.
We had a great Christmas. We can't wait to see what 2016 brings!
