Love, love, love Christmas time and the month of December.
Even though we're enjoying a SUPER warm month, it's still a lot of fun.
Christmastime isn't complete without a cat picture under the tree...
we seriously don't see her all month once the tree skirt comes out.
I bought a lego advent calendar in october, and the boys loved doing it each night.
And of course pictures of Buddy, our elf...which the boys still love, even
though they are getting older.
surprise fire pit! i've wanted one like this forever and Jason came home with it.
apparently he had to drive all over town to get it. i love it!
of course we had to try it out right away.
with the fire pit, the boys wanted to sleep outside. a chilly 30 degrees in the morning!
can you see the frost on the tent? they loved it though.

jason and chase working on a bench. chase for some reason has been talking about
making a bench, and jason is so kind to indulge him. i hope chase remembers these
good times with his dad working and learning things.
as you can tell, chase was having more fun wearing his safety goggles than actually working...

chase has always loved playing with our elf. every year he writes him a letter asking if
he can be the exception and touch him. he just loves watching movies with him and
playing with him. so cute.

now by us and our dancing....so funny! i have some awesome videos of them....

chase and grant got this candy cane from santa at our ward christmas party
and were excited to make them into spears....

and we bought a van! finally! after years and years of waiting, we got one! so exciting.
