oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh....how in the world is chase 5???
he is thrilled beyond words, he thinks he's finally "catching up" to grant
(i don't have the heart to tell him he'll never catch up to him)
but i'm soooo sad! i love him just the way he is. i don't want him to grow up.
i love his daily singing, love the spooky stories, love how he tells me he's
going to marry me, how he draws hearts and writes my name on his hand,
love how he follows me around and how we watch movies and eat treats
and how he'd rather play with me more than anyone else.....
i just wish he wouldn't grow up so fast.
(actually i wish he wouldn't grow up at all.)
but despite all that, we had a great time on his birthday. :)
so it was a school day, and we had to wake up the boys.
their faces are hilarious in these pictures.
(why do kids have to be woken up all year, only to wake on their
own at 6 am once summer starts? i'll never understand that.)
he got a lot of art stuff, and he loves art. he was busy for a week!
these $5 halloween costumes i got after halloween are sooo funny!
chuck-e-cheese! too bad he got sick this night. the night started out fun....
but after a while he was lying on the floor of chuck-e-cheese saying he
didn't feel good and didn't want to eat and just wanted to go home.
poor guy was sick for his birthday and for a week after!
donuts and popsicles for the kid who doesn't like cake! or ice cream.
