First adventure of the summer - hanging out in Georgia with my mom while my dad did his annual canoe trip. We had a great time - Chase, Claire, and I went while Jason took Grant to an adventure youth camp in Utah. We met extended family there and did a lot of fun things. My parents house is super fun for Claire - she caught fireflies, grasshoppers, moths, and loves to pick flowers. We went up in the tree house and out in the woods and helped Grandpa water his garden while he was gone. We also took my dad out for a Father’s Day dinner before he left. We also went to the gold museum, panned for gold, saw Amicalola Falls and played in Amicalola creek, hiked to a fairy garden, and visited the Children's museum. And we ate the best burgers in a bus! And we even got to see the beach on our way there and back.
It was a great trip and I'm so glad we got to go and see family and make great memories!
