every year we look forward to the rodeo
especially the mutton bustin', where 5 & 6 year olds ride wild sheep
and whoever hangs on the longest wins. grant loves it.
we were super excited to try it again.
however, this year was a bust. :(
first time we went, we didn't know grant had strep until we got there.
so he was down in the dumps, dragging his body around. not very fun.
so we postponed the sheep ride since he just couldn't have done it.
he wasn't even enjoying the carnival rides. or the food.
second time we went, it was PACKED. we were in line at 2:30 pm for a 5 pm sheep ride.
it was too hot and just too crowded. grant and i almost cried.
so we decided to get out of line and go have some fun.
we had a blast anyway, and made some awesome memories.

Day 1

chase was absolutely terrified of the petting zoo.
Day 2
chase begged to go on this ride, then was so scared
all he did was hide his face in grant's shirt the entire time
we waited in line forever to go on this ride,
and i wish i could have zoomed in on grant's face.
pure TERROR.
he got off and was like "that...was...TOO SCARY!"
it's so hard being short...you can't really go on too many rides....
finally we found some roller coasters and grant was in heaven
