Claire turns 8!

 The baby is 8 years old! We had such a fun weekend celebrating her. We started with gifts and donuts, and she loved getting books, magnet tiles, stuffed animals, hatchimals, and other toys - always unicorn related! She loves to open presents and had been talking about her birthday for weeks. She was so excited and it's so fun to see how excited she gets. She picked Raisin Canes for lunch and then picked for us all to go to the trampoline park which is her favorite place if it's too hot to be outside swimming. We had a blast playing and running around with her. We came home and she wanted to help with the cake, so we made a rainbow cake together and played with all her toys. We had a great day celebrating her. 

Claire is just so much fun! She's so adventurous and silly. She loves being around people and is not shy, will talk to anyone and everyone. She's so brave and outgoing. She loves unicorns and rainbows and loves going to school. She enjoys riding her bike and swimming and playing with her stuffed animals. She loves chocolate milk too. She is so kind, always thinking of others and is so generous and compassionate. She loves to share and is happy and creative and funny, always making us laugh. We had a great time celebrating her birthday and we love every day we have with her.

Grant turns 18!

 Oh my goodness....there's no better way to feel old than to have your first kid turn 18!! We can't believe he's a senior! We had a fabulous day celebrating Grant. He went to play pickleball in the morning, with his NEW paddle! He was super excited about that. Then we had a fun time opening gifts and eating hamburgers, and then the boys went to play airsoft at a new airsoft field near us. The didn't take many pictures, but they had a BLAST! They were excited to try new guns and try out this new place and it's all they've talked about for days and days. We had ice cream nachos when they got home, and those were sooo yummy. Claire and I had fun making them, and she helped by adding a LOT of sprinkles. 😂

Grant is such a fun kid to have around. He is so kind to so many people. He's so polite and helpful, especially for those tall things we can't reach! 😂 He's adventurous and excited to try new things. He loves pickleball, airsoft, riding a stunt scooter, and driving - he's so nice to run errands for us or take the kids places. He'll give a ride to anyone that asks without hesitation. He's a hard worker and we appreciate all the help he's always giving to everyone. He's quick to compliment people he sees and has a knack for making people feel good about themselves. He loves Stitch and the color purple. And playing Fortnite and Overwatch. He's generous and strong and is always up to play with Claire. He still continues to be creative and imaginative and we adore that about him. We couldn't imagine our family without him. He's a great big brother and son. He's such an amazing kid and we can't believe he's 18!

First Day of School!

 The time has finally come, for the first day of school! I can't believe it's Grant's last first day. And his cute first day of kindergarten! 

And Chase has started high school! And Claire is in 2nd! Time just goes by so fast. 

They're going to have a fabulous year!
