Memorial Day - Austin

We spent Memorial Day in Austin and had a great time. Hiking, floating down the river,

exploring, spending time with friends, and eating excellent BBQ. 

It was a great 3 day weekend and great start to summer!

End of the year

I guess I'm behind a little....life was busy at the end of the school year!

Picnics! Programs! Field trips! We had a lot of fun, and it was another great year.

Rain, rain, rain, RAIN! It rained so much this spring.

After the rain there were some beautiful rainbows!

The boys shot and cooked a squirrel. The plan was to keep the hide, but that didn't

end up working out. They loved it, and Grant declared it the best day of his life.

We cracked out the pool before school was even out. It's hot!

Spring and Cousins

Our fruit trees are finally doing well! We're excited for some fruit.

We had our cousins from San Antonio come and stay and drop Lola off at our house.

We had a fun weekend playing together and watching conference.

We also made a fire and had hotdogs and smores!

Jason loves hanging the hammock in our tree and the boys love to be there with him.

Chase has finally, after 5 years, become brave enough to hold the cat. 

He is so impressed with himself! He now holds her every day! It's hilarious.

Jason helped me wash the siding which was WAY past due. Thanks babe!

My roses! I planted some knockout roses last year and they are so pretty! 

I can't wait for them to be huge.
