it's been cold lately! doesn't he look adorable? jason said "poor chase" when

he came home to see him all bundled up like this...but i think he's so cute!

Birthday and Valentine's

lucky for me, my birthday and valentine's day are right next to each other.

sorry for jason, but i must say - he always delivers.

i had an AWESOME weekend.

thank you to my boys who made it so great!

first off - jason bought and hung a ceiling fan

i've wanted forever in our family room

grant was being his usual helpful self

they sent me out shopping, ALONE, and had cake and presents and

decorations ready for when i got home

jason created his own version of an ice cream

cake for me, which is my favorite

jason taught grant to sing happy birthday

to me every time i entered a room -

and i LOVED it!

it made me so happy

jason took chase both days - even the night feedings.

unfortunately sometimes this happens:

on valentine's day i woke up to heart shaped eggs,

pancakes, and LOTS of bacon.

i LOVE bacon.

for dinner, jason made a heart shaped pizza with

pesto, goat and fontina cheese,

special roasted tomato sauce, pepperoni

and bacon! it was amazing!

i have an amazing husband! thank you for a great day!
