Trip to Utah

For winter break (our school now has a week off in February) we 

decided to visit some cousins in Utah and see some snow! It was a blast.

We got lucky and it snowed a lot of the days we were there. It was so fun

to go sledding, skiing, and make snow men, and have snowball fights.

The kids couldn't get enough of it. It was so great to see family too 

and get to hang out with them. We also went to an aquarium, temple

square, out to eat, and Claire got to ride a pony at a petting zoo!

We had such a fun week!

Chase turns 10!

The new year is here, which means another round of birthdays. First up is

Chase who turned 10! The big double digits. He's such a fun kid and we're

so lucky to have him in our family. He's so creative and imaginative, kind

and compassionate, and so so so so funny. He loves to tell jokes. 

We had a great day celebrating him before school started up again.

He's been dreaming about a bb gun for years!! He was thrilled.

He was so kind to let Claire help him open his presents....she loves opening presents!

Our annual Chuck-e-cheese tradition continues!

Then finally a big chocolate cupcake! We love you Chase! Happy birthday!
